HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
As all prices on the website include the Australian Goods and Service Tax of 10% (GST). Orders for delivery outside Australia are Tax Exempt.
By completing this secure form and submitting, we will within 24 hours supply you with the Payment method and Total Amount payable excluding the 10%Gst as this will be classed as an export sale.
Included in this amount will be your Shipping & Handling costs plus Insurance if taken. Click HERE for details on Shipping and Insurance costs.

1.Customer Details:
You must supply a First and Last name.
Complete the
Company field if you require your invoice to be made out to a Company Name.

2.Shipping Details:
You must complete all the require fields.
If your invoice address is different then the shipping details,make note in the

4.Order Details:
In the Qty column type the number of items required.
In the Product Code column type the item code of the required product Eg:( 62B ). If you need to find the code and price you will have to go back to that particular product page.

In the Extras column add any other information required for this item.

5.Payment Details:
In the Payment Method field you have several choices of supplying your payment details if you select one of the credit card types be sure to complete all fields below the Card Type. Quotation Only is the Default.

The larger the quantity purchased the more economical the Postage Costs become. We use TNT Global when your purchase becomes more than 4kg in weight as per example below otherwise we use our discretion as to which is the most economical service to use. ( Unless otherwise advised.)

Minimum Shipping including Handling: $17.50
$8.00 Handling Costs is standard for any quantity purchased.

All deliver times are approximate and are at times subject to delays by customs.

Tax Exempt:
Even though you do not pay the 10%Australian Goods and Service Tax in some cases you may be subject to Duties and Taxes that are applied in your country.

Insurance varies in relation to the Total Dollar amount of goods purchased.This also gives us proof of delivery.

Insurance Rates: $5.00 + $2.00 per $100.00 value of goods up to a maximum $1000.00 for the UK .Express Post $5000.00. Other destinations the maximum value allowed to be insured maybe higher.
